How To Prepare Harissa Souce

Ingredients
- Fresh red chillies, 3, sliced thickly
- Hot red chili flakes, 2 tsp
- Fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves, 1 handful
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Cumin seeds, 12 tsp, group
- Extra virgin olive oil, 1 ½ tsp
- Lemon juice, 1 ½ tsp
- Salt, 1 levelled tsp or to taste
- Sugar, ½ levelled tsp
Steps
Combine ingredients in a blender and process to a slightly chucky consistency.
